We offer a 100% guarantee that if you’re in any way not happy with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or give you a full refund within 3 days of receipt of the good. The postage cost is not refundable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be sent back to us (60 Abbotts Road, Dandenong South, VIC) unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (unopened). The buyer is responsible for returning the item.
